Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and courteously
• Build productive trust relationships with customers
• Drive sales by promoting and upselling products to meet sales targets
• Assist with visual merchandising to enhance the store's appearance
• Conduct regular stock checks and participate in inventory counts
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, luxury, or similar retail industries
• Fluent in both English and Thai
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the luxury goods industry
• Ability to speak additional languages
