Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers regarding our wide range of bicycles and accessories
• Ensure customers leave the store with a smile by delivering high-quality service
• Maintain the store's appearance to ensure it always looks top-notch
• Assist in the workshop with minor repairs and preparing bicycles for delivery
• Participate in internal training to deepen product knowledge

Requirements

• Reside in or near Diepenbeek
• Fluent in Dutch
• Strong affinity with bicycles and cycling products
• Availability for 8-10 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and customer-focused mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in the French language
