About the Company

Treehouse is on a mission to accelerate the decarbonization of the places we live and work. We've built the go-to operating system for home electrification, partnering with brands like Toyota, General Motors, Rivian, and ChargePoint to deliver seamless, end-to-end EV charger and battery backup installations. We are a small, scrappy team working on a problem that actually matters.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers, converting warm inquiries into sales through phone and other communication channels.
• Educate customers on the benefits of home electrification and our streamlined installation process.
• Drive results by meeting and exceeding sales targets through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
• Partner with internal teams like Install Success to refine the sales process and ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and refine processes as an early member of the Sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with a CRM and related tooling.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in consumer sales.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into relatable terms.
• Goal-driven, self-starter mindset with a passion for driving results.
• A passion for electrification and/or energy sustainability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, early-stage company environment.
