Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences and build brand loyalty through exceptional service
• Drive business results by meeting personal sales goals and building customer relationships
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain high standards of visual and operational excellence within the retail environment
• Follow all sales and operational policies, including loss prevention procedures

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability to meet business needs, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting at least 40 lbs
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, and climb ladders as needed
