Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build brand loyalty
• Drive business growth through personal selling and meeting sales goals
• Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures
• Maintain visual and operational standards and support loss prevention

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and climbing ladders
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
