Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build brand loyalty through exceptional service
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals and maintaining customer relationships
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure store excellence
• Support visual and operational aspects of the retail environment, including loss prevention

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
