Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences and build lasting customer relationships
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals through exceptional selling skills
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain visual and operational standards, including following all sales and loss prevention policies
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and welcoming store environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and reaching
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
