Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build brand loyalty one customer at a time
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals and building customer relationships
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle through extensive product knowledge
• Maintain sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure excellence
• Support visual and operational aspects of the retail environment and assist with loss prevention

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and climbing ladders
