Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences and build brand loyalty through exceptional customer service
• Drive business results by meeting personal sales goals and building new and existing customer relationships
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers using extensive product knowledge
• Maintain sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure store excellence
• Support visual and operational aspects of the role, including loss prevention

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
