Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences by building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals through exceptional selling skills and product knowledge
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained
• Support visual and operational aspects of the store while remaining committed to loss prevention

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling and customer relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and reaching
