Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build lasting customer relationships
• Drive business growth through proactive personal selling and meeting sales goals
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide expert styling advice
• Follow all sales and operational policies, including loss prevention and visual standards

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
