Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences and build lasting customer relationships
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals and utilizing extensive product knowledge
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain sales and operational policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and welcoming store environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting at least 40 lbs, bending, and climbing ladders
