Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences by building and maintaining customer relationships
• Drive business growth through exceptional personal selling skills and product knowledge
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Follow all sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure excellence
• Maintain visual and operational standards while adhering to loss prevention protocols

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 40 lbs
• Physical ability to carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, and climb ladders
