Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences and build lasting customer relationships
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals and utilizing strong selling skills
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain high standards of visual and operational excellence within the retail environment
• Follow all sales and operational policies, including loss prevention procedures

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 40 lbs
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, reaching, and climbing ladders
