Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences and build lasting customer relationships
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals and utilizing product knowledge
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain sales and operational policies, procedures, and loss prevention standards
• Support visual and operational aspects of the retail environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders
