Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build lasting customer relationships
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals through exceptional selling skills
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain brand standards by following all sales and operational policies and procedures
• Support visual and operational aspects of the retail environment, including loss prevention

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting at least 40 lbs, bending, and climbing ladders
