Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver transformational client experiences by building and maintaining new and existing customer relationships
• Drive business growth by meeting personal sales goals through exceptional selling skills and product knowledge
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain sales and operational policies and procedures to ensure a seamless retail environment
• Support visual and operational aspects of the store while adhering to loss prevention standards

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods of time
