Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver a transformational client experience and build brand loyalty through exceptional service
• Drive business results by meeting personal sales goals and building customer relationships
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to every customer
• Maintain visual and operational standards, including following all sales and loss prevention policies
• Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a seamless and welcoming store environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and communication skills
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lbs, bending, and climbing ladders
