Responsibilities
- Deliver a top-notch customer experience by engaging with customers in a warm and helpful manner
- Act as a brand ambassador by staying connected to new campaigns and product launches
- Support store operations by processing new inventory, restocking shelves, and cashiering
- Maintain brand standards on the sales floor to inspire brand love and drive sales
Requirements
- Friendliness, strong organization, and excellent time-management skills
- Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods
- Ability to carry up to 20 pounds
- Energy and excitement regarding brand goals and values
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior retail experience is preferred but not required
