Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use link-selling skills to drive business
• Build outfits for customers and make personalized product recommendations to meet store KPIs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by staying informed on current fashion and market trends
• Maintain shop and stock room organization, presentation, and cleanliness
• Demonstrate flexibility and innovation during peak trading periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail or hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in fashion and the retail industry
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
