Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and building customer loyalty
• Use effective sales techniques to achieve established sales targets
• Build relationships with an international customer base regarding PVH products and values
• Maintain professional and motivating work environment and promote corporate culture
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and store image
• Monitor stock levels in the sales area and ensure full availability of products and sizes

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and operational abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
