Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent customer experience by applying selling ceremony guidelines
• Maintain sales floor and warehouse order in collaboration with VM and warehouse staff
• Supervise cash desk operations for efficient check-outs and CRM registrations
• Proactively maintain Visual Merchandising (VM) standards
• Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs to support store objectives
• Manage fitting rooms and Tax Free procedures

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Knowledge of brand identity, products, and collections
• Awareness of market trends and social media
• Dynamic and proactive attitude
• Strong organizational and operational skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of a third language is a plus
