Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use link selling skills to drive business
• Build outfits for customers and make product recommendations to drive KPIs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by maintaining interest in current fashion and market trends
• Maintain shop and stock room organization and presentation
• React flexibly to changing business environments and peak trade periods

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in fashion and retail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Ability to multitask
• Passion for driving sales using digital platforms
