Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, representing PVH's corporate culture and image to an international customer base
• Assist customers throughout the entire sales process to build brand loyalty and ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve established sales targets and goals
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor is organized and appealing
• Monitor stock levels in the sales area and replenish products to ensure a full range of sizes and styles is available

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and operational abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends
