Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, building customer loyalty and representing the corporate culture and image
• Assist customers through the entire sales process using effective sales techniques to meet targets
• Maintain a professional and motivating work environment for both customers and team members
• Help maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store's reputation for quality
• Monitor stock levels in the sales area and replenish products to ensure a full range of sizes and styles is available

• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and operational abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
