Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Act as a Brand Ambassador, guiding customers through the sales process and building brand loyalty
• Build relationships with an international customer base regarding PVH products and values
• Utilize effective sales techniques to achieve established targets and goals
• Promote the corporate culture and brand image through professional service
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is inviting
• Monitor stock levels in the sales area and replenish products to ensure full availability of sizes and styles

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar retail role
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and operational abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
