About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer experiences through warm and helpful interactions
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting new campaigns and product launches
- Drive sales by engaging customers in meaningful conversations
- Support store operations including inventory processing, replenishment, and cash register duties
- Maintain brand standards and visual presentation on the sales floor
Requirements
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and squat for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Energy and enthusiasm for the brand's values and goals
- Retail experience is preferred but not required
