Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury retail environment to ensure the best possible in-store experience
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and use link-selling skills to drive business and store KPIs
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by maintaining a keen interest in current fashion and market trends
• Perform outfit building and provide personalized product recommendations to customers
• Maintain shop and stock room organization, presentation, and cleanliness
• Show flexibility and innovation when reacting to changing business needs, especially during peak trade

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or retail environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in fashion and the retail industry
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
