Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to meet daily sales goals
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs and brand channels
• Suggest key looks and incorporate current trends to outfit customers based on their individual style
• Perform register transactions accurately following established cash control procedures
• Maintain store presentation by ensuring the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom are neat, clean, and organized
• Manage merchandise tasks including shipment processing, replenishment, and restocking return items
• Proactively resolve customer concerns in alignment with company policy

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move about for extended periods of time
• Proficient with technology
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented setting
