Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service to ensure a memorable shopping experience
• Develop deep product knowledge and share expertise with junior team members
• Support the onboarding and integration of new employees
• Maintain merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and brand positioning
• Follow all operational procedures for the store and warehouse
• Assist the management team with store opening and closing processes

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in both Italian and English
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• A proactive attitude and a passion for the Timberland brand and lifestyle retail

• Previous experience in the fashion or lifestyle sector
