Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand and product
• Engage with a diverse group of customers to provide exceptional service and educate them on brand purpose
• Collaborate with the team to meet individual and store sales goals
• Maintain store visual standards and ensure product availability is represented compellingly
• Assist with daily operational maintenance to ensure the store is customer-ready
• Adhere to all company policies, safety, security, and shrink avoidance procedures

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
• Ability to engage comfortably and genuinely with a diverse customer base
• Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve business goals
• Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift/move product up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail or service-oriented role
