About the role
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a customer-first mindset by modeling selling behaviors with a passion for the brand and product
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and educate them on brand purpose and community involvement
- Collaborate with the team to meet individual and store sales goals
- Maintain store visual standards and ensure product availability and recovery
- Adhere to company policies, safety, security, and shrink avoidance procedures
- Foster an inclusive environment that respects the background and experiences of others
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills
- Ability to engage comfortably with a diverse group of customers
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
- Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and lift/move product up to 50 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail or a service-oriented role
