About the role
Responsibilities
- Meet personal and team sales expectation goals
- Work in the showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals
- Provide product recommendations based on space, style, and cost requirements
- Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up methods
- Educate customers on product installation and use
- Track store orders and provide product updates
- Read and calculate measurements and floor plans
- Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising
Requirements
- Strong work ethic and drive to exceed expectations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under high pressure and multi-task
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Basic mathematical and computer skills
- Ability to read, write, and speak in English
- Ability to work 20-30 hours per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in any language
