Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Meet personal and team sales expectation goals
• Work in the showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals
• Provide product recommendations based on space, style, and cost requirements
• Build lasting customer relationships through follow-up methods
• Educate customers on product installation and use
• Track store orders and provide product updates
• Read and calculate measurements and floor plans
• Maintain showroom presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising

• Ability to work under high pressure and multi-task
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Basic mathematical and computer skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
