Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous customer service to shoppers and donors
• Process customer transactions accurately using cash and debit systems
• Sort, price, and organize incoming donations to maintain quality standards
• Assist with store layout, including window displays and merchandise replenishment
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment through regular tidying and restocking
• Monitor store activity to ensure security and protect donated items
• Handle merchandise safely and assist with stock rotation

Requirements

• Completion of Secondary School
• Minimum of 3 months of related retail or customer service experience
• Proven experience with cash handling
• Ability to stand for long periods with frequent bending, crouching, and reaching
• Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays and Saturdays
