Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers and donors in a friendly and professional manner
• Process customer transactions accurately using cash and debit systems
• Sort, price, and organize incoming donations to maintain inventory quality
• Assist with store layout, including window displays and merchandise arrangement
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including sweeping, dusting, and clearing obstacles
• Handle stock rotation and assist with unloading donations from vehicles
• Monitor store activity to ensure security and adherence to safety policies

Requirements

• Completion of some high school coursework
• Previous experience in customer service or goods processing
• Proven experience with cash handling and register operations
• Computer literacy and ability to work in a computerized environment
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 40 lbs frequently
• Ability to perform bending, twisting, and reaching tasks
