Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by sharing passion for The North Face products
• Maintain store visual standards to ensure the shop is always ready for customers
• Drive sales by understanding and meeting store objectives
• Develop deep product knowledge to inspire and assist customers
• Follow all store standards, policies, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Proactive attitude and a positive mindset
• Strong communication skills with the ability to listen and adapt to different customer needs
• Fluency in both French and English
• Genuine interest in active lifestyles, outdoor fashion, or retail trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment
