Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by sharing passion for The North Face products
• Maintain store visual standards to ensure the shop is always inviting and ready for customers
• Drive sales by understanding and meeting store objectives
• Develop deep product knowledge to inspire and assist customers
• Follow all store standards, policies, and operational procedures

Requirements

• Proactive and positive attitude with a strong sense of teamwork
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to and understand customer needs
• Fluency in both French and English
• Genuine interest in active lifestyles, outdoor trends, or fashion
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment
