Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and act as the face of the brand
• Share passion for The North Face products to inspire and assist customers
• Maintain store visual standards to ensure the shop is always customer-ready
• Drive sales by understanding and meeting store objectives
• Follow all store standards, policies, and operational procedures
• Contribute to a cooperative and supportive team environment

Requirements

• Proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen to customer needs
• Fluency in both French and English
• Genuine interest in active lifestyles, outdoor exploration, or fashion trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail sales environment
