Sales Associate (Temp)

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales turnover targets in line with the Maison's commercial strategy
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a unique and "WOW" experience for every client
• Represent the brand image through perfect personal appearance and professional conduct
• Build customer loyalty by collecting qualitative data and managing the boutique customer portfolio
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, including display maintenance and boutique cleanliness
• Support daily boutique operations, including inventory counts, gift-wrapping, and restocking
• Adhere to all security rules and reporting procedures regarding information systems

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in sales or sales operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy
• Knowledge of luxury goods
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
