Sales Associate (Tele) - Arabic

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote training products and services
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels to convert prospects into enrolled students
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients by addressing questions and concerns regarding training programs
• Provide detailed information about courses, schedules, and benefits tailored to individual client needs
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process to ensure a positive customer experience
• Research client training needs and suggest new opportunities for enhancing course offerings
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
• Engage with the target audience in India while operating from the Dubai office

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of telesales or inside sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
• High level of customer service orientation and ability to understand client needs
• Proficient in using MS Office applications
