Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine, high-quality customer experiences on the sales floor
• Provide premium product services including branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines
• Support shipment receiving, restocking, and maintaining an organized stockroom
• Communicate in-transit shipment information to store leadership
• Assist with loss prevention through cycle counts and transfers
• Share product knowledge and participate in staff education
• Assist in maintaining store facilities and overall shopkeeping

Requirements

• High school diploma and minimum age of 18
• Exceptional selling skills, customer service, and clientele abilities
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Independent, proactive, results-driven work ethic
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 lbs, and perform overhead reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling
• Reliable commute to the Miami Aventura location
• Availability to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
