Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute relationship-based sales models to convert guests into members
• Tour potential members through the studio and explain facilities and services
• Enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocols
• Manage leads and perform daily outreach using company software
• Onboard new members and assist with retention activities
• Provide a friendly check-in process and address member inquiries
• Clean and sanitize suites and maintain studio cleanliness

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical activities like squatting, bending, and prolonged standing
