Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Execute relationship-based sales models to meet guest needs and goals
• Tour potential members through the studio and explain facilities and services
• Enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocols
• Onboard new members and assist with retention activities
• Manage leads and execute daily outreach via company software
• Maintain studio cleanliness by sanitizing suites and common areas
• Provide a professional and engaging check-in process for members

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical activities including squatting, bending, and prolonged standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
