Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and contribute to sales goals
• Welcome and educate customers about products and piercing services
• Act as a brand ambassador through personalized styling and service
• Maintain accuracy in appointments, POS, and inventory restocks
• Support the upkeep of the Studio environment according to brand standards
• Follow company policies and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to work at least one weekend day per week
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
• Ability to lift or move at least 20 lbs
• Ability to handle chemicals safely and follow safety protocols
