Sales Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members to understand fitness goals and introduce studio offerings
• Conduct studio tours highlighting facilities, services, and amenities
• Communicate membership options and benefits clearly
• Enroll new members using established sales techniques and protocols
• Onboard new members and assist with retention activities
• Schedule appointments and follow up on leads
• Promote marketing campaigns and special offers
• Manage leads using company software
• Provide a friendly check-in process and address member inquiries
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized studio environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
• 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service
• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to perform physical activities including squatting, bending, and prolonged standing
