Responsibilities

• Welcome customers in a warm and professional atmosphere
• Build customer loyalty through personalized support
• Drive product selection and master product characteristics including shapes, materials, and finishes
• Implement visual merchandising according to manager instructions
• Maintain the sales area and ensure correct product display
• Optimize personal sales indicators to achieve outlet targets
• Manage essential sales activities including cash collection, deliveries, returns, and stock management

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience
• Passion for providing high-quality customer service
• Ability to listen to and assist customers in exceeding their needs
• Strong product knowledge and service orientation
