Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador within a fast-paced shop-in-shop environment
• Build customer relationships and foster brand loyalty
• Provide personalized fitting room experiences, wardrobing, and styling
• Maintain floor standards and brand presentation
• Educate clients on exclusive collections and cross-sell between Sandro and Maje
• Participate in department store events and promotions

Requirements

• 1+ years of prior service experience
• Passion for customer service
• Friendly and outgoing communication skills
• Fashion savvy
• Flexibility regarding work scheduling
