Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and exceed expectations at every opportunity
• Maximize selling opportunities to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPIs
• Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and pricing
• Ensure all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time
• Maintain deep product knowledge to recommend items and drive sales

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in retail sales within a luxury brand environment
• Previous experience working within El Corte Inglés (ECI)
• Fluent English (B2-C1 level)
• Ability to maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times
• Proven ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities simultaneously
• Willingness to adapt to new challenges and work a rotating weekly schedule
