Sales Associate, Service

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of elevator units by maintaining strong working relationships with existing customers
• Serve as the primary contact for resolving customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner
• Develop repair and modernization sales through networking, bids, and tenders
• Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets while ensuring profitability
• Utilize sales tools to track opportunities, manage the pipeline, and forecast results
• Conduct sales negotiations and close deals, ensuring timely payments
• Collaborate with sales representatives and field colleagues to drive growth

Requirements

• Business or technical degree, or completed training as a technician or business administrator
• Experience in the consultative sale of technical products
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work at pace in a complex corporate environment
• High level of commitment, reliability, and drive to deliver results
